Drehverbindungen” is German for slewing rings, and the name says it all! As a manufacturer of slewing rings we are dedicated to our customers needs. Due to large investments in modern CNC machine tools, multi-axes measuring systems, CAD workstations, and in well experienced, well qualified employees, we manufacture slewing rings which meet the highest demands on quality.

Our slewing rings are tailored to the particular applications of our customers. To achieve this we use newest CAD-programs. By means of sophisticated calculation programs we are able to verify safety and reliability depending on the load case specified by the customer. The strength of raceway as well as gear and bolt connections can be calculated.

Manufacturing
- Turning of raceway as well as face surface and peripherical area on newest CNC double column vertical lathes
- Drilling of through-holes and tapped holes on CNC-gantry boring machine
- Heat treatment – inductive hardening of raceway and gear followed by stress relief annealing
- Gear manufacturing by gear hobbing or gear shaping
