We pursue the objective of reducing the operating costs of our customers through energy optimization. The use of technologies for decentralized electricity production is a key element of efa Leipzig GmbH‘s activities. In close cooperation with our customers, we analyze technological processes while also identifying the potentials for in-house power generation.


Competences and Primary Activities:
• Energetic studies and inventory in small and medium sized enterprises in order to identify savings potentials and possible storage applications
• Preparation of energy concepts to cover the demand for electricity and heat through the use of cogeneration and renewably energy; connection to storage systems possible
• Planning of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems and, thus, also the potential integration of storage systems into existing facilities (circuit diagrams, flow charts, etc.)
• Planning, engineering, trade, installation, and maintenance of micro gas turbines, heat exchangers, and absorption refrigeration systems
• Installation of large-scale thermal storage tanks (up to 30 m3) at various locations
