Lipotype is a spin-off company from the Kai Simons and Andrej Shevchenko labs of the Max-Planck-Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics in Dresden, Germany. Our team is composed of experts in membrane and lipid biology/chemistry, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics implementing our know-how into a wide range of lipidomics applications.

TECHNOLOGY: Novel high-throughput Shotgun Lipidomics technology: Our mass spectrometry-based technology platform allows comprehensive and absolute quantitative lipidomic analysis from different types of clinical and biological samples.
