As the Test Division, we are a leading supplier of test technology and headquartered in Sacka close to Dresden, Germany. Our equipment is developed and produced by a team of 100 employees at our headquarters in Saxony. It is important for us to maintain a local network of suppliers and to cooperate with local companies and institutes during the development of our test solutions. At the same time, it is essential for our success as a global company to provide worldwide sales and service support with dedicated offices in the US, China, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand. Additionally, with more than 30 local representatives, we are always ready to assist our customers around the world. Within the Test Division, we earn more than 50% of our revenue with products that have been developed in the last three years. This ongoing research and innovation has resulted in our leadership in the failure analysis and MEMS testing markets. Further application markets for our products are high frequency (HF) measurements, device and wafer characterization and production testing of HF, Optoelectronic and MEMS devices.
