Founded in 1991 our firm has developed from a foundry into an innovative partner for the aviation, automotive and track vehicle construction industry.

On two state-of-the-art five-axis HSC milling machines with a calibration capacity of up to 4,500 mm our firm processes highly complex, thin-walled aluminum parts of up to 7,000 mm, composite parts, and cuts Mg-parts. Our calibration machine can measure parts up to 5,000 x 2,000 mm. The construction division designs new customized gauges and quality control devices according to our customers wishes or asseses the client’s needs based on data collected. If CAD-data are missing, construction parts can be constructed digitally and presented to the customer.

The models we provide range from the most sophisticated automotive parts (i.e. intake manifolds) to casings for naval turbines, to machine beds as large as 3,000 mm.
