Competences and Primary Activities:

The Saxon education company for environmental protection and chemical occupations Dresden ltd. (SBG) has been training professionals for the biological and chemical industry since 1991. Priorities of the education are the initial professional training and further qualification measures. In the context of innovative educational projects the SBG, as an EMAS-validated training provider, is actively committed to education under the aspects of sus- tainability and energy efficiency.

These include, inter alia:
• the project of the German Federal Environmental Foundation “Training in the context of the National Energy Turnaround” focuses on employee qualification
• the establishment of the European CREDCHEM-Network environment
contest for structuring vocational education for sustainable development
