The DREEBIT GmbH focuses its activities on the development, fabrication,
service, sales and distribution of ion sources and irradiation facilities as
well as electron beam techniques and equipment for micro- and nanotechnology.
The international patented ion source platform is in comparison to previous
models smaller, more economic and faster applicable. It can produce ions
of practically all elements at almost all ion charge states but also as beams
of low charged molecular fragments. The operational area of this technology
is wide and reaches from medical particle therapy, the generation and
measurement of micro- and nanostructures (e.g. in chip industry or surface
analysis) as well as applications in biophysics, plasma physics and
astrophysics.
DREEBIT also provides a wide and manufacturer-independent service portfolio
in vacuum technology. With its location in Dresden Klotzsche – near
the region’s chip-industry center – the DREEBIT GmbH has fast response
times at short distances to the customer.
