We offer top quality plastic injection moulding — from exclusive prototypes to pre-production models and small series production.

With our dedicated, committed and highly motivated staff we are able deliver top quality prototypes made of original plastics in shortest times. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for everyone at the company.

Milling capacity:
- 7 CNC machining centres
- Spindle speeds of up to 60,000 rpm enable the fabrication of sophisticated contours. The smallest available milling cutter diameter is 0.3 mm.

Injection moulding capacity:
- 35 t Demag Extra 35-80 EcQ injection moulding machine
- 50 t Demag Extra 50-310 EcQ injection moulding machine
- 150 t Demag Extra 150-600 EcQ injection moulding machine

Possible mould sizes:
Injection moulded parts with a surface area ranging from a few square mm up to a maximum size of 200 x 300 mm and with weights ranging from a few mg to around 300 g can be manufactured on the machines we have available.
