For more than 53 years Solenoid Valves made in Beierfeld, Germany, have been enjoying a good reputation with customers in Germany and abroad. Based on tradition and experience of the former Messgerätewerk Beierfeld a new dynamic enterprise, MV automation systems GmbH, had been founded on December 12th, 1991. Our scope of supplies comprises a complete solenoid valve and pneumatic program. By consequent further development of our products we are in the position to meet the high demands of the markets. As to railway applications our solenoid valves are used in refrigeration and air conditioning as well as heating systems, water installations such as toilets, hand washbasins and showers, in breaking and door locking systems, flange oilers as well as for the pneumatic control of horns and compressors. Our products have successfully proved their reliability for railway applications under extreme climate conditions in Russia, China, India, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Canada and other regions.

Especially under railway conditions solenoid valves are subjected to extreme temperature and voltage changes as well as to enormous vibrations (vibration resistance acc. to DIN 61373). For that reason our railway valves operate as standard with media between minus 60°C and plus 180°C and at ambient temperatures between minus 50°C and plus 70°C. The applied materials for the coil body and isolating layer of the coils are characterized by a maximum of humidity resistance and by optimal temperature stabilization. High voltage variations of plus/minus 30 percent as required by railway applications are fully met by valves of MV automation systems GmbH. In order to guarantee the unique features of our valves, we carry out a 100 percent check of each valve before it is allowed to leave our company.
